Technologies used

The website uses cookies and browser local storage to remember the functions you choose. This version has no advertising analytics, social media pixels or marketing cookies.

Language and favorites

The estate_language cookie stores the selected language for up to one year. The adres-batumi-favorites key in sessionStorage keeps favorites for the tab session. Favorites do not require an account.

Light and dark theme

The ble_theme key in browser local storage remembers your selected theme until you change it or clear site data. Without a saved choice, the device colour scheme is used.

Privacy preferences

The ble_privacy_v1 key stores your external map choice for up to 120 days. After expiry, you will be asked again. Change your choice at any time using the button below or the footer.

External map

OpenStreetMap does not load before permission. Once permitted, your browser contacts the map server and transmits an IP address and technical data. Declining does not prevent catalog browsing or inquiries.

Managing storage

You can remove stored data in your browser settings. Separate WordPress owner sign-ins may use WordPress authentication cookies; the public website does not offer administrator sign-in.
